I have 25 years experience in this field through out more than 5000 m high passses such as Thorong La, Larkya La, Kongma La, Cho La, Renjo La etc. In Nepal we 16 Himalayan region from east to west as like Kanvhajanga, Makalu, Everest, Jugal, Langtang, Ganesh, Manaslu, Annapurna, Kanjirowa, Api, Saiphal, Rakshya Urai etc are popular for trekking. I have benn all parts. Lower and upper Dolpo are still more remoteness and pristine trails.
