Notice for Annual Geneal Meeting

Dear Executive Board Members/Members/Trekking Guides,

 

We are pleased to inform you that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of Trekking Guide Association of Nepal will be held on 6th Feb 2025(Magh 24, 2081) 11 in the morning at Universal Cafe, Sukedhara Kathmandu.

The agenda for the meeting will include:

1. Approval of the previous minutes

2. Financial overview and budget approval.

3. Discussion on the annual report.

4. Open forum for questions and suggestions.

We request all the trekking guides for your presence and hope for your ideas and information related to upcoming programs. All the members of TGAN should bring member card and those whose card is expired / new member, you are requested to bring a copy of citizenship, license and photo.
